The Final (2010)
I have a like/dislike relationship with this film.
On the one hand, I found it very creepy and fun to watch. The idea of a bunch of misfits getting together to exact revenge on kids who've made their lives Hell is appealing, especially when the torture methods they use illustrate how much they've paid attention in school.
On the other hand, these characters also illustrate a complete lack of imagination when it comes to the delivery of the above-mentioned tortures. If you are a horror fan, it's not terribly difficult to figure out which flick they ripped a page from during each session.
There's no question that this is a very low budget film, but it's certainly not the worst I've seen coming out of the After Dark Horrorfest. It does have a very "flat" feel in some of its delivery, but than again it was never intended to be an exciting film. It wants to make a point, and I think it does in fact succeed on that level. But in the end, it is just another Nerds vs Bullies type of film that seem to be increasing in popularity.
